General Terms and Conditions of Sale of The Blue Stove / De Blauwe Kachel:

1. Application
These general terms and conditions of sale apply to all agreements and transactions between The Blue Stove / De Blauwe Kachel and its customers.

2. Orders
Customers can place orders via our website, by telephone or in person at the studio. Each order is considered binding.

3. Prices
The prices stated are in Euros and include VAT, unless otherwise stated. Any delivery costs can be agreed upon in consultation.

4. Payment
Payments must be made at the time of delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing. A deposit may be requested when ordering, if the stove is reserved. We accept both cash and bank payments. You cannot pay by card at The Blue Stove / De Blauwe Kachel. For international orders, the stove as well as any additional costs for transport and any customs clearance must be paid in advance.

5. Delivery
We strive to prepare the ordered stove for transport as quickly as possible. Delays in delivery may occur, for which we are not liable, unless otherwise determined by law. Our standard delivery condition is 'ex Atelier', so collection from our warehouse in Breda. 

6. Returns
Retourneren van een kachel is mogelijk tot 7 dagen na ontvangst ervan. De reden van de teruglevering wordt door De Blauwe Kachel beoordeeld op redelijkheid en billijkheid. De geretourneerde kachel moet in dezelfde staat zijn als toen hij werd geleverd. Indien een retour is geaccepteerd en de kachel is in de originele staat terug geleverd, zal het aankoopbedrag – na aftrek van 10% van dit bedrag voor gemaakte kosten – worden geretourneerd. Eventuele terugleverkosten zijn voor rekening van de klant.

7. Warranty
Unfortunately, we do not offer a warranty on our stoves. However, all stoves have been checked and tested for safe use. We offer the possibility to test yourself at our location. This must be requested at least 2 days before the stove is collected, in order to allow us to prepare the necessay exhaust pipes. 

8. Liability
The Blue Stove / De Blauwe Kachel is not liable for direct/indirect damage, consequential damage or business damage resulting from the use of our stoves.

9. Intellectual property
All intellectual property rights to our products, brands and materials remain the property of The Blue Stove / De Blauwe Kachel.

10. Disputes
Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the jurisdiction where The Blue Stove / De Blauwe Kachel is established.

These general terms and conditions of sale can be changed without prior notice. The most recent version will always be available on our website.
